hey y’all

I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for hopefully some guidance and advice ..but I'm super conflicted I have a decent job, it's in the marijuana industry I'm making 19.00 an hour as a department head. I like the work I do with the people I do it with. My partner's brother offered me a job starting at 20.00+tips, he manages a cafe in a busy part of Seattle he says tips make it out to be $24-$27 an hour. My partner and her family seem to think that it's worth it despite the commute. I just don't know what to do. I was able to use the offer as leverage to get a 20.00 an hour with my current job. Am I crazy to be having a hard time with this? Do people take into consideration things other than money when deciding to leave a job? Are tips generally…
