Must be willing to work odd hours, weekends and public holidays?

This is the reddest of red flags for me. As soon as a company puts this in there job advert I'm scrolling to the next. Do you know what they really mean by this? “Must be willing to work odd hours, weekends and public holidays” = “You'll be working odd hours every damn week without being paid overtime of course, what did you think? Also, you'll be working 3 weekends out of 4 and work for public holidays while me and my family enjoy our time together. Oh and don't forget, no overtime because you agreed to this before signing up.” And you? What's the redflag that instantly makes you swipe for the next job? Oh and by the way this is a customer service role at Amazon.
