I went home early last week a few hours after a coworker left early because I was so sick and running a fever (i guess my small cough turned sour) but only one of us got pulled aside by our manager. She basically told me what I did affected the whole team (but not my coworker? And what about my stumbling getting to you Karen) and insinuated that I was lying about being sick.
This isn't the first time my boss has decided to make my work life hell…
