My HR VP just sent me an email invite for a meeting to discuss my performance in an hour with my boss, VP level, her boss, csuite and the CEO. I'm an entry level employee of about 2 years. I'm assuming either PIP or fired. Does anyone have any advice for me? Mostly right now I'm just worried about getting through the meeting without crying.
