report bad boss

Hi all, so I just put in my resignation notice to my boss and she was pissed and became verbally abusive. Recently I started as a low level manager at a busy hospital and about 2 months into my job they cut my pay by 4 dollars per hour. Witch put me at 3.32 per hr less than what a staff would make doing the same job. I was told that they would reevaluate salary by the end of August. It's October and I get the news that they are promoting the manager to director and hiring another manager above me. Now I don't want the manager job but here the company is cutting the floor managers pay across the organization and creating a new upper level manager spot. So of course I put my month notice in and she losses it on me. My question to you all is…

So of course I put my month notice in and she losses it on me. My question to you all is her verbal berating of the other managers is not new and should I email her boss about her behavior? And if so what is the best timing on when to do it? I already have another better paying job and have no desire to ever work for that company ever again. I dont particularly care if I work the last bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
