There's only three of us in the team, the other is her husband. She ain't telling me it's her husband even though it's obvious as first thing I see if I searched her name is their wedding. I don't feel complimented rather I felt insulted.
I'm the all-rounder in the team, everything graphics I do from 3d animation to web design. I asked for a raise recently and she told me she needed to pay her husband and me so it was hard but still referring her husband as team member and I'm only getting 15% raise next month even though my work has tripled.
I know I'm worth more from all the things I'm doing but I just wanted to stay because of experience but I'll jump for a better salary honestly and a real “team”.
Ever been complimented like this so you would stay?
