How do I get away from physical labor jobs?

It's always been the only go to work I can ever find. I'm pretty good with computers, technology at least compared to others I've been around. What skills would I need to do for something like data entry or something, anything? My joints hurt so bad I don't think I can do this for the rest of my life.
