They pay like poop, treat us worse, no one is happy here. There’s a mass exodus coming soon. We’re all looking for new jobs. Except like 5 of them. I’ve been wasting extreme amounts of company time and resources just to make my wage match my work speed/ethic. I cannot wait to watch this place crumble in a couple months when they can’t figure out why no one wants to work construction for $15 per hour. Once it all happens, I’ll give more info plus name. But currently I’ve gotta protect my paycheck for a few more weeks. Oh and I started posting the word “union” in multiple FB groups and around the office. Fingers crossed they find out it’s me and can me for it. Glad EVERY conversation I’ve had in the office has been recorded since the first interview.
