I’m not planning on quitting anytime soon, however I’ve had instances when my managers have acted very out of line with me and I’ve reacted by replying that I’m ready to walk.
Doesn’t happen often but if I did actually end up pulling the trigger I’d prefer the dramatic effect of them eating their words and having to immediately scramble to fill my position , as opposed to a two week courtesy. Only thing is I do have about 150 vacation hours give or take, which I’d be very interested in getting paid out as those are my benefits that I’ve accrued over my ten years working here
