Hi,
I have been treated not very well at a company, in particular by a couple of people. So I have found a new job.
I am going to give 1 month notice soon as I start the 1st of December at my new job.
But i still have 4 weeks vacation time.
We are on the deadline to finish the project which should finish at the end of October but my assignment are basically still late and we won't be able to finish. I'm pretty stressed and I would love to rest for 1 month.
Should I ask my days off with the resignation hoping they won't ask for me to stay and refuse those or should I ask them before? What shall I do
