So I started this job at Dunkin as a graphic designer, we are only 3 employees at this office as it is remote. My boss is a really sweet person but I'm under paid and he tells me I need experience and shouldn't care about money.
I have transport issues via my home to office so he let's me work at home 3 days I don't complain, but somehow I need to manage in near future. My supervisor is married to one of the employee so makes me a third wheel since we are only 3 and she is few weeks pregnant. My supervisor gave me an advice about how I'll have more transport issues and I rather find job near my area then come all the way, while he said he is being neutral about it.
Last week I had a project and I made A4 size name tags on illustrator as the girl told me then she came back and said transfer the file into Photoshop with the layers, I was like how about I transfer the background and turn it into smart object which becomes a mockup and my boss can change the text whenever. They said no I need to transfer all the layers. It confused me but I proceed to do that and my illustrator started lagging and I asked my supervisor to help for the 3rd time as he said I need to figure it out on my own. Cuz it's my so called learning stage.
I had 5 min until I got off work and I got stressed, non of them won't help me and layers won't get transferred after googling the issue even. I asked for help from the girl and my supervisor continued to call her over so she won't help me. In the mean time she comes over and says ” hey how about u come in early tomorrow and finish this” and let me remind u I come to office at 8 am and go back at 5:30pm
My office timings are 9am-5pm, so far I realized they are creating problems for me so I would leave before my probation and it's not fair.
