Should I be concerned?

So, I work at a pretty well known retailer. I've gotten quite a few points due to being late, as well as missing days due to doctors appointments for my pregnant girlfriend. I work diligently but I've only been here since December 6 of last year. Our schedule is posted on our company app, it's usually pretty reliable and up-to-date. However, I checked it yesterday and noticed I'm only scheduled for today. No other shifts for the rest of week. I checked it again this morning, (6AM) and it hadn't changed. I asked my areas supervisor, he gave me a speech about the schedule being unreliable on the app, tho no one has had issues before. As of right now, 8:33AM, it's still unchanged. Additional information:

•Management here is pretty disorganized. I get told to do something 5 different ways by 5 different supervisors because they don't talk to each other.
•3rd shift is allowed to get away with pretty much anything. Leaving their area a mess, leaving boxes and equipment in the aisles, leaving spills to sit for hours until the next shift comes in, etc.
•management takes advantage of employees that don't speak English very well. They will use that to confuse/manipulate them into working longer or on things they aren't trained on.
