I (31F) am about 2.5 months in at my new job. I was out for a short vacation for my brother's wedding and when I got back to the office today, I was told “the team” decided on our group Halloween costume for next Monday. Everyone was assigned a different character, and in my absence, I was assigned to be…Pig Pen. I consider myself a good sport but I just have no interest in participating in this stuff. I really don't want to dress as a filthy child on Halloween. Should I just be sick that day?
