quitting with no support?

I'm miserable at my job. I have posted about this before here, but recently my spouse and I have gotten into it over money. I'm confident that I can generate some income to cover some expenses, but generally, I am fine with scaling down our spending dramatically. They do not feel the same. So, now, I feel even more trapped as they want me to have a job lined up before I leave my current role… I am so exhausted by the time I am done with work that I don't have the mental bandwidth to search and when I do look, I just get depressed about the direction my career has taken since I have just adapted to what has been needed. (I am a “Jack of all trades, master of none, often times better than master of one” type.) I have expressed my misery, but rather than come…

So, now, I feel even more trapped as they want me to have a job lined up before I leave my current role… I am so exhausted by the time I am done with work that I don't have the mental bandwidth to search and when I do look, I just get depressed about the direction my career has taken since I have just adapted to what has been needed. (I am a “Jack of all trades, master of none, often times better than master of one” type.) I have expressed my misery, but rather than come up with ideas on how to make it work, their suggestion is that I “let them push” me out. I am starting to get significantly depressed, like pandemic depression…. and it's fucking with me.

How do you quit a job without the support of your partner? I could use some inspirational stories of yours or ideas of how to shake this bullshit.
