NLRB charge filed… what’s next?

I was fired today for “not being a good fit”. One week ago my manager called me to tell me to stop discussing compensation with coworkers. I informed him that I would do no such thing. Since then my hours were reduced and I was terminated today. Aside from filing a charge with the NLRB, what do I need to do next? Edit: I forgot to mention that I have already submitted the charge. Edit 2: Does anyone have any similar experience? What can I expect the NLRB to do? How long do these things take? What really irritates me is that I was hired August 1 and my insurance was supposed to start November 1. Now I have to find a job and reset my loyalty clock to get access to healthcare.
