I’ve worked for my employer for over 90 days and have yet to see a single pay stub

Let me start out by saying that this is a small family business located in WI. I took this role close to 4 months ago, and I’ll admit I wasn’t planning on staying long. I had just left another company due to some harassment issues, and was only looking for a means to pay the bills until I found another position in my desired field. Anyways, I’ve always been paid right on time with this company, and have never questioned my take home. Up until recently that it is.. apparently the owner had made some “mistakes” doing payroll the week before last and somehow all but one employee was overpaid. I was told that I would docked for 200 dollars next week because of this. Fast forward to yesterday and I catch wind from his wife that he has docked peoples pay without their knowledge in the past. And then…

And then went on to bash him for a bunch of other bs. Thus, making me question every paycheck I’ve received over the last 90 days. I’ve requested stubs a couple weeks ago, and last night. Should I go to attorney? This is something WI state law requires with every check.
