I think I need advice – employer talking about my body

I have no idea if this is the right place to post this. I work for a company I truly care about and we work with children. They generally try their best, pay a living wage, look for ways to give back to the community, etc. So I've really been ok staying with them because until now they had kept everything very professional. I am a very large chested woman who works hard at keeping covered. My last job was a lot of other employees talking about my body and in the end, I left in large part because of it. Today I woke to a voicemail from my current office telling me to make sure I covered “the girls” well enough for our show that is in 2 days. I am a very large chested woman who works hard at keeping covered. My last job was a lot of other employees talking about my body and in the end, I left in large part because of it. Today I woke to a voicemail from my current office telling me to make sure I covered “the girls” well enough for our show that is in 2 days. The woman leaving the message went on to say she also gets in trouble for it and that's why she was asked to remind me to dress appropriately. If it had ended at “make sure your costume is appropriate” or “adheres to the dress code” that would be fine with me (annoying that I was singled out but still, I can *almost* get it). Instead there was a whole, awkward minute about my chest. I feel extremely uncomfortable as I have to see these people at a show this Saturday – a show for which I have been working on a costume for over a month now.

I can't stop wondering WHO was looking at my chest. Was it a fellow employee, was it a client? I don't like being noticed in general so this sucks. The only time I've been in person around clients was back in June and if something wasn't ok then, why bring it up now 2 days before the next show that I'm already having anxiety about? I've been around other employees since June, but have been wearing high collared attire. I don't want to go to the show. I feel like I should say something about how inappropriate this was. I feel like I'm over reacting. Does anyone have any advice?
