Give them names, cool colors, shapes and sizes, and build extremely large mostly rectangular structures where people can just(ly) make a shit ton of them for EVERYONE to enjoy! Make so many we have to destroy the overflow!
Make a bunch of different places where people can take their shackles and wash them, have them taken away, have them replaced, traded, dumped, parted, gifted, wrapped, polished, even oiled and lubed, you know! 😉
Oh, and have those neat people on stream and TV just exclaim about how great they are. The people who don't have them yet need to know about their greatness.
