So my job took volunteers to stay after work to clean HVAC units on the roof, and told us we would get a full point off if we did so. We did so, then after the fact they “changed their mind” and only gave everyone half a point off, saying “it’s better than nothing” and “we don’t have to give you anything, we could just make you do it”.
