Autozone has one of the worst pto policies i’ve encountered. In addition to being on a points system where even with a doctors note you still receive points which adding up to 12 points is termination, their sick time policy is a joke. They won’t pay out for the first three days you are out sick. Like at all. Then, after the third day you are entitled to 75 percent of your wage. That’s all they pay. So if you miss a week due to a illness, you only get paid for 75 percent of your wages for just two days. And to top that off you can’t be paid if you aren’t on the schedule. Basically don’t work at autozone. Place is a joke. It’s time to unionize.
