So the supervisor, whom I thought I had a good working relationship with, just straight up intimidated me.
Talking about how I get paid what I’m worth and that I don’t have a case for saying I should get paid more. Even going as far as saying that while I can’t be fired for my disability, I can be let go for “under performing” cause I don’t have a union and Arizona is a right to work state. She’s like, don’t think you have job security just cause the store is hurting right now and you think you’re a valued employee and cause of how long you’ve been with the company.
And she knows I can’t talk back or contradict her cause that would jeopardize my job, and while she will constantly complain about upper management behind their backs she will smile and kiss their ass as long as they are on the clock.
