First sorry if this is the wrong subreddit Second not me but family member Okay so my family memeber works as a contractor for a couple of companies and the clients are happy with her job and complain when she isn't on and someone else does it instead. Recently company A hired a new supervisor, who hasn't liked the job my family member has been doing and has interfered with her work. Second not me but family member

Okay so my family memeber works as a contractor for a couple of companies and the clients are happy with her job and complain when she isn't on and someone else does it instead.

Recently company A hired a new supervisor, who hasn't liked the job my family member has been doing and has interfered with her work.

It got to the point where she went to management as the supervisor started calling her off her shift and trying to make it so she was the only port of contact and no one higher up the chain of command

The other day it escalated to the point where she was working and this supervisor screamed in her face to the she lost bodily control.

This has prompted my family member to since quit and not even do her final shift. Client employee of company a have said what supervisor did was downright illegal and to contact fairwork.

Since quitting management have found out the supervisor tried to stop contact and the big boss of the company tried to arrange a meeting to work things out

Big boss was told, when you talk to supervisor ask not if she yelled but why did she yell and caused one of the best workers to walk away from a 4 figure paycheck.

Clients would already be complaining to company a about the replacement they have found

Company b found out and said we aren't saints but of one of ours did that they would be without a job and offered her a bonus shift that night.

Fairwork ha seen contacted and are investigating so I don't wanna put too much detail down.
