Help what should I do.

I’m an assistant manager at Family dollar and I pulled a double yesterday and opened today. Now, today my main manager is sick again so I might have to pull another double and open tomorrow. We have a third manager but she isn’t picking up the phone or answering my texts at all about covering for night shift. Is there a way I can close the store early or take her off payroll for not answering for two days? I cant believe i might have to pull another double even though we have another manager who’s just not picking up the phone
