Jobs you can tolerate? Trying to navigate my way through this wonderful work culture as painlessly as I can.

I’ve worked many different jobs so far in my life, mostly customer service/retail jobs, and I’m tired of busting my ass for chump change. Are there any jobs people have that they don’t despise which actually pay enough to survive? Any hidden gems that most people don’t consider when looking for a job? I have an associates degree, and I live in a very tourist driven town. I can’t keep living like this. Please help.
