My manager is on salary but edits his clock in times daily. What can I do?

I work in a smaller retail store. He’s supposed to be there 2-3 hours before we open, that’s what he’s scheduled for, and yet every single day he shows up a bit after we open, leaving the key holders to do that. Then, he edits his clock in times to make it look like he is there earlier. What really pissed me off is that recently, we had a store meeting, and he explained that people can’t keep asking for more hours as corporate won’t give him enough to allocate to everyone. Ok, that’s understandable, store’s not too busy so it doesn’t make sense anyways. But I wanted to bring up how we could have at least an extra 10 or so per week if he wasn’t a liar, but I didn’t mention it, because I genuinely enjoy the work when he isn’t there. Some of my coworkers have talked about snitching to corporate, but I don’t know. If he wasn’t on salary this would be a way bigger problem, but regardless, he’s just a shitty manager in general
