My Boss told me if I don’t work on my development profile more I won’t get a raise this year

At my job we have an excel sheet that tracks our performance through the year. We are expected to update this on our personal time to have points of reference in annual performance review discussions for a job that pays below what’s considered living wage for my area. Had the convo in the title with my boss before my review on Tuesday. This is going to be a fun review lol
