Amazon DSP asked to fraud DVIC

As the title suggests, I was asked to lie on a DVIC. I'm a new Amazon employee working for an unnamed DSP. Went through my 3 days of training excited for yhr new opportunity, I really enjoy driving. On my first day of driving, it was messy getting started. My DSP didn't explain any of the warehouse specific instructions and I ended up having to ask about how to do most things. On my first day of driving, it was messy getting started. My DSP didn't explain any of the warehouse specific instructions and I ended up having to ask about how to do most things. I'm not too annoyed by this, it seemed the dispatch team is younger than me. I'm 25 so I'm fairly young myself.

My concern came when it came time to do my DVIC, which for those who haven't worked for amazon is a Daily Vehicle Inspection Checklist. Its a HUGE checklist, which I believe is at least partially regulated by the DOT to make sure all vehicles stay safe and roadworthy.

One of the dispatch members told me “don't mark any issues on the app, just post in chat if its bad” (our slack chat) and sent me on my way. I was hoping at least for a little help making sure I covered everything. As expected, I did not. I did report the issues I did notice right away in my chat which were a low tire pressure light, a running light being out, and a registration light being out.

What I did notice later on while thinking about dispatch told me was that my front left tire was completely bald. Thankfully it was a cool dry day on my route, but today its snowing which raises even more concern.

I was anxious and let myself fall victim to superior authority and feel like a could have put myself and others in serious danger driving at speeds of up to 50mph in a loaded van and a bald tire.

I also feel like this issue should have been caught long before I was even hired so it also raises a lot of questions about the overall integrity of my DSP.

So I ask this. What do I do? I don't even feel comfortable going to that place anymore. I feel it should be reported maybe but I don't even know who I would go to. Our warehouse doesnt seem to really have an HR team, just DSPs and sort people. Am I wrong for being concerned. This is my first actual driving job outside of doordash or uber, even flex was less worrisome.
