The problem is I am constantly made to feel bad when I don't answer my personal phone when I am off work and I have started to feel a shift in attitude from some people because of this. I am now worried that this is going to impact on me on any reviews I have.

I slowly feel myself slipping back into old habits and I know the effect that it's going to have on me.

How do I reinforce my boundaries without upetting management and not be seen as a team player?
