My Company demands me to work full hours even if I finish my part before the due dates

The software development remote company wants me to work a full 40 hours/week when I can achieve my tasks in under 25 hours/week and spend the rest of the time chilling around. I have good experience in what I do and this is what they always mention that I can achieve things in a good time frame while my colleagues can take twice for a similar job. They confronted me that the time tracker says I only worked 25 hours/per week and I should work extra 15 hours to do the stuff that is not supposed to be done even in the next 2 weeks (before due dates based on my speed/extra work) I am confused if I should start doing the things that I am not supposed to do with that extra time or delay my speed on the existing tasks that I am supposed to do in the…
