Trying to get through the year.

Hey all, I’ve been working as a caregiver for almost a full year now at the same company and am just so tired of getting paid $13/he for a job that at any given moment a client might try to attack me. My original appeal to the job was that I did it right after college and in memory it was really easy and the overtime is easy to come by making it possibly to make about $4k/month but having to work like 60-70 hours a week which takes a huge toll mentally. I’ve been telling myself I need to stay at a job for a full year because I’m usually the type to not take any shit at a job and don’t have 1 job that I was at for longer than a year on my résumé. January will be 1 full year and I plan on applying to be an underwriter at an insurance company my fiancés friend works at. The problem is that since this month (Nov) started there’s been a behavior from a client almost every other day. I’ve tried to do what I used to which is not let it bother me and just go with the flow but as I’m getting older (23) I’m getting so worn out nobody should have to go through this especially for 60 hours a week. The insurance company I want to apply for has a lot of great incentives and although I don’t know the actual pay, I know it’s above $20/hr and only 40 hours a week. If I’m lucky it’ll be for $25/hr that way I can maintain my income and only work 40 hours to give me more time with my fiancé.
