Specifically admins. All I see are job postings wanting one person to run an entire office. Front desk, calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, payroll, handling payments/processing invoices, keeping up supplies, etc., etc. and always in a “VERY busy HIGH VOLUME office. MUST be highly motivated, detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize HIGHLY SENSITIVE information.”
The standard rate seems to be $20/hr. Is that like… Considered decent for all of that work? I do all of that and make around $34/hr. People who make $20 at my job do light work, filling in to answer phones, filing, scanning, making labels, basic stuff to support other office admin staff.
