Hello,
So recently I have started organizing some less-than-happy workers at my workplace.
I'm looking for help on a number of people we need to be successful in this.
My company currently has less than 50 employees and I have 5 people on board to organize, and 5 more that I think I can get on board.
We have separate divisions, and I'm trying to get the brokerage division in unison right now, so the total number feels about right to me.
I'm basically asking for general tips on getting everyone on the same page, how can we be recognized as a union, and things like that.
