I'll first say the only reason I'm at this job is because it's the only offer I've gotten in months of searching. Basically I'm in a 4 weeks training for a call center and idk if it's just the training equipment or what but they have sooooo many technical issues. I can't imagine this happens during the real thing. People get locked out of their computers daily, links go to the wrong webpage, I can't even do a portion of the training because my password doesn't work. They just keep resetting my password and it still says incorrect and I still can't get in. On top of that half the class is getting paid late and some got paid on time. Every job I've had they have your first paycheck ready to give in your hand. But no, people couldn't log into ADP payroll and the trainer keeps saying “I pUt iN a tiCkEt thEy WiLl cAlL YoU tO sEt iT uP”. Never happened. I found the HR hotline number where someone actually got it fixed for me and now a physical check is coming late in the mail. Never had a job where I have to jump through hoops it feels like to get paid and do the job…
