TL;DR fiancé of company owner is awful to me and I need out. I want to share why I’m leaving company once I’m already walking out the door. Best way to say it kindly?
The fiancé of someone I work for is kind of… awful. Cluster B, I only know this because it’s my goddamn field of training. not diagnosed, not seeking treatment. Today she did her “thing” (everyone at the company calls it a Name Thing). I had a panic attack because of it. I’m over it. What’s the best way to write a resignation letter for this “interpersonal conflict?” We have no HR as it’s a small company. Don’t plan to deliver it until I have a job in my hands and basically ready to leave (not doing 2 weeks notice). Already cashing out on my vacation time as we speak. 🙂
