If you live in the US (I can't guarantee legality for other countries) (I am not a lawyer), it is NOT illegal to refuse submitting a two weeks notice. It is fully legal to walk on outta there right then.
Giving two weeks is a courtesy so your boss can replace you without losing profits. If you're leaving due to their shitty behavior, why should you care about their profits? You shouldn't. Don't give them that courtesy. Let them feel the pain they caused you through their margins.
They don't have to give you a two weeks notice before firing you, so don't do it for them.
Also while we're here, abolish work.
