I quit my toxic nonprofit job in August. I received notification that I was removed from several FB groups and pages TODAY. Nearly 3 months later. I also wrote a letter to the board calling for investigation of the leadership. Of course, nothing happened. Nonprofits are losing qualified, passionate employees because of toxic leadership.
