I work for a contractor and they really are stingy about anybody being in the break room when there is literally no work to be done. It doesnt matter whether you're eating or being productive on your down time, if a manager or supervisor sees you in there they'll give you work to do. I was just given a 30 minute long task while i just sat down to eat. What would be yall reactions?
