Hey guys! I worked for a small phone company for my first job back in 2013. I worked for them for about a year and than parted ways. This morning I opened my email to a “congratulations on joing the team” type email. This is concerning for me because I work with DoD security clearance and I'm worried of the implications this may cause. I also don't know much about employer fraud, but this seems like a way that a small company could cheat the system to make it appear they have a larger team than they do.
