The exact wording of my contract is:
[Company] will pay you [amount] towards your moving expenses. If you leave within one year, this will become payable back to [Company].
I'm 6ish months in fyi, but on a final write up for attendance. My medication makes it hard to wake up & drive (yes my med & my condition is documented) but employer said they can't accommodate a start time that is 1 hour later.
By verbiage alone, is repayment enforceable if I'm fired? To leave feels rather voluntary…
