I have 3 overdue parking tickets I can’t afford to pay because my job doesn’t have a parking lot and doesn’t pay for our passes

I’m no longer working at that job but it was a family owned small business run by people who only care about money, the employees (mostly middle aged local women and college students) run the business and really care about the store and the customers but the owner doesnt give a shit about anyone except herself and her money. It’s a little downtown business so our only parking options were street parking with meters or lots that you need to purchase a monthly or tri monthly pass for (couldn’t afford that) – the owner doesn’t even offer to pay for anyones passes or even get reservation signs for the employees to park, like the business next to them does. (I should note that the city recently updated their parking systems, in the past you’d get a ticket for being in the same spot for 2 hours so we were allowed to move our cars when we needed to IF we weren’t busy… once they updated you had to buy a pass or spend $8 every day to the meter to be able to park in the lot, if the ticket lady catches ur car even a minute past your meter time they will give you a ticket the same price as the past tickets $15) I know it may not seem like a lot but I can’t even afford that much
