My work wants me to go back into the office, they are calling me inefficient. I believe they just want me to bring their company tools back in so they can more easily fire me without risk. They are setting up the game so that I cannot get unemployment from it. I have already replied to an email about it expressing the multiple projects I have worked on recently to satisfaction, and they replied saying they do not think I am efficient. It is all on a company email and computer though.
I have never had to file for unemployment, how can I solidify my case for this? My work is kind of abstract and I am the only one in the art team, so I have been overwhelmed with work.
