Hi everyone, need your help!!

So there’s a huge winter storm hitting the Midwest right now. I work in Iowa, at a grocery distribution center who will remain unarmed. We have today and Thursday off due to the storm, but not Friday, and if the roads aren’t safe I’m not going in to work. The catch is, our boss will try to pick up employees when they say they can’t make it with their vehicle. Do I have any legal standing to deny this? If I’m not comfortable driving, why would I be more comfortable with my boss driving?
