I’m guessing my employer won’t like that I need an accommodation that has to last for a certain period of time. I talked to an employment lawyer and they say they can legally eliminate my position. How can I drag out the process and at what point does HR go, “okay there’s nothing going on here”. Edit: Accommodation is WFH for x months.
