This is just a personal experience. I am just someone who hasn't been lucky finding a job that is a good fit for me, and as a result, I've been forced to move from company to company from far different locations. Driving to new places can be tiring for my physically, but changing jobs is more emotionally tiring.
Not just because of job security, but also because I did make a lot of friends with my coworkers in each company, and I do miss seeing them. Do you ever feel the same? Assuming they're not toxic of course.
