I am wanting to quit my job but do not want to have the conversation with my boss. I want to avoid the questions and the big “why” from my boss and coworkers. I plan to tell them that I am leaving due to personal reasons. Is it wrong of me to go in to work tomorrow and work my normal hours. When I leave to go home, I leave my work laptop and key in the desk. Thursday morning send my resignation letter and say that I left company belongings in my desk. Is that wrong? I have only worked there for about 2 months.
