I've been working at a job for a little over 3 months now. They hired 4 new employees at the same time and told us that in 90 days we would get an evaluation and raise. Well the 90 days came about 10 or so days ago and we never got evaluated. This morning we had a staff meeting. I asked when our evals and raises were going to be as they were overdue. Management basically responded by saying they were busy at the moment and that they would try to get it done in the near future. It felt like they were giving us a giant middle finger. Now it feels like any day I'm working past the 90 days I'm basically losing money by not having the promised raise. Not really sure where to go from here but I've already started searching for a new job
