I work in an office part of a warehouse. I have an immediate manager who always is passive-aggressive and tries to make people uncomfortable. She talks about her sexual preferences, she openly farts on people and jokes about how it smells so bad, she calls people fat to their faces.
She also leaves blood all over the toilet seat (we frequently have plumbing problems and have only one toilet available now) and sometimes leaves food trash on the ground of the bathroom.
I have put notes in the bathroom asking people to please wipe the seat and to not leave trash on the floor. One day, i came in and there was blood on the note.
her and I have almost came to a shouting match over this issue. Earlier, she walked up to me and threw a used tampon in my face and screamed at me that I am a chicken sh*t for not telling her directly and that if I have a problem with her tampons I should clean them up myself.
I had to excuse myself to throw up outside because the blood and clots had gotten in my hair.
Nobody at work defended me, and I am afraid to go back tomorrow.
I am not sure how to proceed.
