Getting fired soon.

Without going into too much, detail I defended someone I care about at work. She’s being bullied by a co-worker while the boss looks the other way. I accused my boss of nepotism because the bully often house sits for her and has said around the place that she has management in her back pocket. This bully took a stress leave months longer than sick leave would allow and now gloats that she was paid for it and the boss said to just forget about it. Now that I raised questions I’m being investigated. The boss told someone other than me that she’s building a file on me. She’s now told someone that I’m harassing the bully. That I’m making other people uncomfortable. (which I think has more to do with talking about a strike). She also claims that I’m circulating the snapshot of the text between us. I only…

I only talk to two people personally at work. Only one received that snapshot, outside of work hours. So it could easily be traced. I don’t care I’m proud of standing up. I’ve contacted the Union, just waiting to hear back. Should I go over my manager’s head and have her investigated for giving paid leave illegally?
