Coping Strategies/Staying Alive

I have a pretty easy job. American government bureaucrat dealing with grant funding for nonprofit organizations. It can be fulfilling at times. My direct supervisor is incredible and the best supervisor I've ever had. I make decent money (a few luxuries but basically paycheck-to-paycheck) . I have a wonderful partner and great friends. I suffer from narcolepsy and severe depression which I am medicated for. I go to therapy and have a great therapist. I recently took some time off, as well as used a ton of sick leave before that.

I say all this because I don't really know what to do at this point. For the past four-five months I've tried making every little change I can think of to tread water but it just isn't working. In the current system I don't want to participate anymore, but I am required to, or you know, die.
