So I learnt yesterday the store I am currently in, corporate only decides to increase more staff hours by reaching out sales targets in terms of selling perfumes to customers at till point. So basically people’s income are being held ransom just because of Corporate greed

I actually thought at this new store they would increase hours because Christmas and the store is getting busy and the store is pretty much busy itself but no the non managerial staff as myself can not get more hours. Well because Corporate says our targets for selling perfumes is not being reached and can not be reached really because it’s in a low income area. Where last thing customers want to buy is perfume when they have to think about the Pennines Therefore because of this greed non managerial staff are placed at ransom F retail so glad I am finally getting out .
